Shipping

Orders will be shipped in a timely manner. Winterberry Press orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified, and we strive to ship within three business days. Please call to arrange expedited shipping: 1-800-824-1182.

Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped via a trackable method. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged materials and items shipped in error will be replaced by Winterberry Press at no additional charge.

Returns

Downloaded content is not eligible for return or refund except in cases of errors during transmission or other causes of download corruption.

Individual customers may request permission to return unwanted materials purchased from Winterberry Press within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund less a 10% restocking fee for the cost of materials only.

Vendors seeking to return bulk orders (10 copies or more) may request permission to return up to 25% of the original order quantity within 30 days of the purchase date.
