The reliability, validity, and accuracy of the Diagnostic Classification: 0-3 (DC: 0-3) Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood was the focus of this research synthesis. Information on the psychometric properties of the DC: 0-3 suggested that better designed and implemented studies are needed to justify the use of the diagnostic classification system for clinical and intervention purposes.
