The focus of this monograph is early childhood and family support program practitioner adherence to family support principles, and the use of adherence information as a measure of program quality. Challenging the assertion that programs adopting a family-centered philosophy are not amenable to traditional evaluation because they are so highly individualized, the authors show how individual program participant adherence information can be aggregated and used to measure family support program quality.
