Payment Options
Credit card orders (Visa or MasterCard) will be processed and shipped when your transaction is approved. Your order will appear on your statement as charged by SMRI (Smoky Mountain Research Institute - our parent company). This is the only way to immediately access downloadable products.
Orders to be paid by check will be shipped on receipt of payment unless accompanied by a purchase order from an existing Winterberry Press customer. New customers must prepay for the first order placed with Winterberry Press. International Orders MUST be paid in US Dollars and use either a Credit card or an International Money Order which must clear before your order will be delivered.
Downloadable products are not available with this method.
To prepay using a Purchase Order Number you must have an existing Winterberry Press account. We will process and ship such orders and enclose an invoice to be paid within 30 days. Please include the PO number in the comments box when you place your oder. New customers using a PO number must remit payment before products will be shipped. International Orders may not use a purchase order without prior arrangement.
